Our Team
Room is led by a team who share a commitment to early intervention and the belief that support should be free, accessible and rooted in the community children and families live in.
Lindsay Evans MBACP
Clinical Director, Therapist
Emma McNeely MBACP
Clinical Director, Therapist
Both Lindsay and Emma are integrative therapists which means they draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor their work to the individual needs of each child or young person. They include the use of play, creative, narrative and talking-based approaches, shaped by an understanding of attachment, development and the wider systems young people live within.
They both hold postgraduate, masters-level qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy for children and adolescents and are experienced in supporting young people in schools, charities and in private practice.
